Second purchase, this time using 2 chews per meal instead of 2 chews per day. This time it mostly works. She shows only tacit interest in her poop and isn't scarfing it down as before. 65 pounds, eats 2x per day, so getting 4 chews per day. Poop is solid, good consistency, not runny, but really, really reeks (I know, it's poop, but it's like 10x worse smelling than without the chews). Overall happy with the outcome but spending 2x as much as expected per month to achieve the result intended.
